How to Reset Your Dashboard Login Password

A step-by-step guide to reset your Tough Commerce dashboard password if you’ve forgotten it or need to update it.

Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the dashboard: https://dashboard.toughcommerce.com/

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  4. Click Next.

  5. A verification code will be sent to your email address.

    • This may take a few minutes to arrive.

    • Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

  6. Enter the code you received in your email.

  7. Click Next.

  8. Create a new login password. Make sure your password meets the following requirements:

    • At least one lowercase letter

    • At least one number

    • Minimum of 8 characters

  9. Click Next to reset your password. You can now log in with your new credentials.
