Go to the dashboard: [https://dashboard.toughcommerce.com/](https://dashboard.toughcommerce.com/) 2. Click **Forgot password?** 3. Enter the email address associated with your account. 4. Click **Next**. 5. A verification code will be sent to your email address. - This may take a few minutes to arrive. - **Tip:** If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. 6. Enter the code you received in your email. 7. Click **Next**. 8. Create a new login password. Make sure your password meets the following requirements: - At least one lowercase letter - At least one number - Minimum of 8 characters 9. Click **Next** to reset your password.
