Exporting Your Customer List to CSV
A quick guide to exporting your full customer list for reporting, accounting, or CRM updates.
Exporting your customer list lets you easily review customer details outside Tough Commerce, upload them into other tools, perform bulk analysis, or share data with your accounting or sales teams. It’s also a great way to pull email addresses for marketing campaigns or customer communication.
What’s Included in the Export
When you export your customer list, your CSV file will include the following fields:

email

country

city

state
-
street_address
-
zip
-
type (e.g., General, Homeowner etc.)

status (e.g., Incoming, Accepted)

source (e.g., Invite, Signup)

How to Export Your Customer List

Go to the Customers page in your Tough Commerce dashboard.

Click Export CSV at the top right.

A popup will appear asking you to confirm that you’d like to export your customer list. Click Confirm.

The export may take a few minutes to process, depending on the size of your customer list.

When the export is complete, click OK to close the popup.

Your CSV file will download automatically and appear in your browser’s recent downloads.

Open the file to view your full customer list in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool.
