How to Clone or Duplicate an Order in the Dashboard

This article will show you how to clone and duplicate orders to save time and simplify your workflow.

Cloning or duplicating orders is a quick way to save time when dealing with repeat or similar jobs.

  • Clone: Creates an exact copy of an order, with the option to change the date(s) it’s scheduled for. Great for repeating the same job across multiple days.

  • Duplicate: Opens the original order as a template. All fields are pre-filled, but you can edit anything before saving it as a new order. Perfect for orders that are mostly the same, but need a few changes.

How to Clone an Order

  1. Go to the Orders page in the dashboard.

  2. Find and select the order you want to clone.

  3. Once the order opens, click the menu icon (three dots) on the right-hand side.

  4. Click "Clone Order."

  5. In the Clone Order window:

    • Choose a new delivery time for the cloned order(s). Click "OK" to confirm the new time.

    • Select the day(s) you want the cloned order to be created on.

Tip: Select multiple days in the calendar to create cloned orders across those dates.

Once you're done, click the "Duplicate" button and "Confirm" to clone the order. Once confirmed, the system will display the new order numbers.

How to Duplicate an Order

  1. Go to the Orders page in the dashboard.

  2. Find and select the order you want to duplicate.
  3. Click the menu icon (three dots) on the right-hand side.

  4. Click "Duplicate Order."

  5. This opens a new order form with all fields pre-filled from the original. You can now:

    • Make changes to the order details.

    • Save it as a brand new order.
