How to Cancel or Delete an Order

Learn how to properly cancel or permanently delete an order from your dashboard.

Sometimes orders need to be canceled or removed entirely from the system. This guide walks you through how to cancel an order and, if necessary, permanently delete it.

⚠️ Please note: There is no way to undo the cancellation or deletion of an order. Once canceled or deleted, the action is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Canceling an Order

  1. Go to the Orders page in the dashboard.
  2. Find and select the order you want to cancel.
  3. Click the order number to open the full order details. Verify that this is the correct order.
  4. Click the down arrow next to the status in the status bar.
  5. Select Cancel from the dropdown menu.
  6. You’ll be asked to confirm the cancellation—once confirmed, the order status will change to Canceled, and this cannot be undone.

Tip: To view canceled orders, use the filter button on the Orders page.
Apply the Status filter and select “Canceled” to narrow down your view.

Deleting an Order

Deleting an order is permanent. There is no way to retrieve a deleted order. If you need to completely remove an order from the system:

  1. Make sure the order status is already set to Canceled.

  2. Click the menu icon (three dots) next to the status bar.

  3. Select Delete Order from the dropdown menu.

  4. Confirm deletion.
