Aging Page

The Aging page gives you a clear overview of customer balances and outstanding invoices, helping you track overdue payments and amounts owing by customer.

The Aging page provides a detailed breakdown of customer balances and overdue invoices, helping you monitor outstanding payments and quickly identify overdue accounts. Balances are organized by aging period, making it easy to review what is currently due and what is overdue. To access the Aging page:

  1. Go to the Finance page
  2. Select the Aging tab

On this page, you’ll see a list of your customers along with a breakdown of their balances by aging period.

Aging Page Columns

  • Customers: Displays the customer name.

  • Credit Limit: Shows the credit limit assigned to the customer.

  • Current: Invoices that are not yet overdue.

  • Overdue: 1–30 Days: Invoices overdue between 1 and 30 days.

  • Overdue: 31–60 Days: Invoices overdue between 31 and 60 days.

  • Overdue: 61–90 Days: Invoices overdue between 61 and 90 days.

  • Overdue: 90+ Days: Invoices overdue by more than 90 days.

  • Total: Shows the overall amount owing.

At the bottom of each overdue column, you’ll also see the total amount for that specific aging range for each customer. The Total column shows the overall amount owing for that customer. 

Viewing Customer Invoice Details

The page breaks down balances by customer and aging range. To view detailed invoice information for a customer, click the dropdown arrow beside the customer name. Each invoice line includes the following information:

  • Invoice ID: Click the Invoice ID to open the related order directly.

  • Status: Displays the current status of the order.

  • Address: Shows the delivery address for the order.

  • Date Sent: The date the invoice was sent to the customer (when the order was completed).

  • Due Date: The date the invoice was due.

  • Overdue: Displays how many days the invoice is overdue.

  • Balance: Shows the remaining balance owing on the invoice.

  • Total Amount: Displays the full invoice total.

  • Invoice Icon:

    Click the invoice icon to:

    • Download a copy of the invoice
    • Download the e-ticket
    • Regenerate the invoice
  • Menu Icon (3 Dots):
    Click the menu icon to access payment options:
    • Create a grouped offline payment

    • Create a grouped online payment

     

Top Tip: Use the Filter icon to quickly filter the Aging page by a specific customer.
