How to Change the Time and/or Date of an Order

Need to reschedule an order? Follow these quick steps to update the delivery time and date directly from the order page.

Sometimes plans change, and orders need to be rescheduled. Whether you're updating the date, time, or both—this article will walk you through how to make those changes quickly and easily from the dashboard.

  1. Go to the Orders page in the dashboard.
  2. Find and select the order you want to update.
  3. Click the order number to open the full order details.
  4. Scroll down to the Delivery section and click on the date.
    1. Select the new day you want to reschedule the order for.
    2. Select the new time for the delivery.
  5. Click “Save / Without Notify” to save your changes without alerting the contractor.
    If you’d like to notify the contractor about the update, click the arrow next to the Save button and choose “Save / Notify.” Then click the button to confirm. In this case, the contractor will receive an email about the changes made to the order.

Tip: If you’re just changing the time/date, you can also click the timestamp in the top-left corner of the order preview (on the Orders page) to make a quick update without opening the full order.
